    How to Order Hawkwear

1. Print out the Hawkwear order form (look to the right)
    
2. Visit the Hawk Wear website
    
3. Click on the box of particular clothing/accessory
    
4. Click on specific item such as 1/4 zip sweatshirt for specific details, sizing etc...
    
5. Write information on order form
    
6. Return form & money to school.

    Hawkwear Information

• Crewneck, 1/4 zip sweatshirts & fleece vest follow uniform code.
   
• Screenprinted T-shirts(long & short) can be worn to school on designated "Spirit Days"
   
• All screenprinted logos for hoodies & T-shirts will be white
   
• Embroidered items will be in either red or black depending on color of clothing/accessory
   
• All clothing & accessories can be personalized, please note on order form next to the item.
