LUNCH ORDER FORMS: Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed to view the order form. Order Form (must be turned in on the first school day of the month) Important notes: All cafeteria orders must be prepaid. You can pay for all children on one check, but a separate order form must be turned in for each child. Order forms should be turned in with payment to the classroom teacher, not the main office.
