Late minutes are determined by the person on duty.
Registration
Return registration form with check or money
order payable to St. Charles Summer Institute. There is no
deadline for registration. A $25.00 nonrefundable deposit per
class, per child, must be paid at the time of registration in
order to hold class spaces. This will be applied towards
tuition. The balance is due the first day of class.
Online Registration
Registering online is a free service used by
over 75% of Summer Institute families. However, in order to keep
your child's spot in the class(es), you must pay the $25/class
deposit within 10 days of the registration. This deposit will be
applied towards tuition. The remainder is due the first day of
class.
Switching Classes
There will be a $10 fee to change classes.
This is to cover the cost of additional materials.
Refunds
Prior to May 25, 2012, a full refund (minus the $25.00 registration fee) will be made if you cancel a class. After that date, there will be no refunds unless a class is canceled due to a low enrollment. We have had a problem with people enrolling for classes and withdrawing without notification, or, withdrawing once the class has started. If you enroll in the class, it is only fair that you pay for it. Once you enroll, other students are turned away. The teacher also is paid based upon your child’s registration. If you cannot attend a class, you need to let us know at least two weeks prior to the beginning of the class. This gives another student the opportunity to fill the available class space. You will be billed for any classes in which your child is enrolled unless we receive the two weeks notice.
